The AI process audit & integration
Generative AI produces the plausible; the value comes from verified integration and measured gains. I do not sell promises: I audit your process, integrate where it is useful, and measure what it returns.
Two stages, and the second is not mandatory

The process audit
2–3 days · €1,800 – 2,800 excl. VATI map the process concerned (engineering, design office, documentation, technical back-office), find what can be automated and put figures on the expected gains. You leave with an architecture recommendation and an argued verdict, which can be « AI will bring you nothing here ».

The pilot integration
quoted · fixed price by milestonesOnly if the audit concludes « go ahead ». One real case, end to end, measured before and after: time, cost, error rate. The gain is observed, not declared. Follow-up can then run through the retained technical counsel.

I offer what I practise
Generative AI tools my own work every day: writing and reviewing code, exploring design variants, working through test data. This offer describes what I already do in my own shop, applied to your processes.
What this audit does not replace
Here too, the offer says where it stops.
- The trade itself: AI produces, someone must be able to read what comes out.
- Compliance work (GDPR, confidentiality of industrial data): the audit takes it into account, it does not substitute for it.
- A classic software project when that is what is needed: the verdict can be « no AI here ».
